I am over the moon with purchase from charters motors, I was sent a walk around video of the car & paid prior to delivery of the vehicle, on arrival of the lovely st it was exactly as described & the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I have always taken precautions when buying a car without going to seeing it but due to being over 4 hours away I wasn’t able to get down to view it, after reading all the reviews and speaking on the phone with Adam my worries we’re put to rest. Very trustworthy and will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family.

I highly recommend charter motors, I communicated and solely was taken care of by Adam and what a nice guy. He was polite, well spoken, genuine and didn't pressure me at all. The car was exactly as described and Adam even came to pick me up from the train station as I travelled 4 hours to see the car. Buying cars can be uncomfortable sometimes but not once was I even remotely uncomfortable and came away feeling like it was a huge positive experience.
